Rawdatu Zakari is an administrative leader and independent business owner based in Ghana.

As the Regional Secretary for the Federation of Muslim Women’s Associations in Ghana (FOMWAG) in the Eastern Region, she oversees regional administration and supports community empowerment initiatives.

Driven by strong values and entrepreneurial skills, she balances her leadership role and business operations alongside her commitment as a dedicated mother of three.

Rashidatu Abdalla Tetteh is a young Ghanaian leader, communicator, and advocate passionate
about women’s empowerment, youth development, mentorship, and community impact. She
holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and a Diploma in Public Administration
from the University of Ghana.
Her leadership experience includes serving as Deputy Head of the University of Ghana Distance
Education Disciplinary Committee and participating in student leadership.
She currently serves as the Vice Ameera of the Greater Accra Regional Federation of Muslim
Women Associations of Ghana (FOMWAG), where she supports women-centred initiatives,
mentorship, and youth empowerment programmes. She is also the Interim Public Relations
Officer of the Muslim Female Graduates Association (MUFGA) and Co-Founder of the
Ansaarudeen Girls Club, through which she contributes to the mentorship and development of
young girls.
With a background in media and public engagement, Rashidatu has worked as a podcast host,
television host, moderator, and public speaker. She is committed to using her voice, leadership,
and experiences to empower women and girls, inspire young people, and contribute meaningfully
to community development.

Rashida Zanga Eliasu is a Chartered Accountant and finance professional with experience in accounting, taxation, payroll, financial reporting and business advisory. She is passionate about financial literacy, investment, professional development and women’s empowerment.

She serves as the Financial Secretary of FOMWAG, Greater Accra, bringing strong financial management, strategic communication and digital engagement skills to the team.

Rashida is also the founder and manager of three social media pages with over 17,000 followers, connecting job seekers and professionals to employment opportunities and career resources.

She hopes FOMWAG will build a strong, unified digital presence that increases visibility, connects members to opportunities and amplifies its impact.
